03 May - Highly Recommended EggCurd 鸡蛋花 (Wow, it's back!!! With new flavours :P)

For those who have tried, I guessed you share the same sentiments as me!! That is, it's really very NICE :) Btw, I tried the original flavour :P and mango but still prefer the original one!

As such, I am doing another round of orders for delivery on Fri (14 May). Please give me your orders by this Fri (7 May).

For those looking at this email for the first time, it's highly recommended, must try and will have regrets for not doing so!

EggCurd 鸡蛋花 - 3 flavours to choose from: Original, Strawberry and Mango

New flavours: Almond, Chocolate & 文头雪

文头雪 is almost like the jelly used in ice-jelly but this 文头雪 has cooling effect and is known 2 降火气 (reduce heatiness in body). Each tub will have a small tub of lime juice given free and u can eat it with fruit cocktail or honeyed sea coconut or simply kosong with the lime juice + a little sugar syrup.

Shelf life = 7days (cos freshly made daily & NO PRESERVATIVES)

Production date will be indicated on the tub.

For best taste, it is recommended to be kept in the fridge. However, it can stay out in the open for about 3 - 4 hrs.

It's halal and has received good reviews, especially for the Kaya flavour :P

We are able to buy only 1 roll instead of getting 2 rolls at $13.

The price will be the same i.e. if u get 1 roll, just need to divide the $$ by 2. So if the 2 rolls cost $13, 1 roll will be $6.50.

With this arrangement, you can add in more flavours.

For those who have already given me your orders. Please let me know if you want to change or you want to remain status quo.

The swiss roll can be kept for 7 days. Upon delivery, you can leave it in the office (no need to keep in fridge) and you can bring it home to chill. Of cos it tastes better when chilled :P
